hi friends today i am going to tell you how to extract text from images.Normaly if we nedd information in text formate from image we type the characters all of them.But instead of doing this you can use optical character recognition(OCR) small application software used to extract text from images.optical character recognition is handwritten or printed text and convert them into editable text extention.there are a large collection of softwares for extract text from image but we do this with the help of Microsoft onenote the product of microsoft corporation.there are a good collection of tools available for the OCR.OCR programs are not main stream programe so there is only limited numbers of freeware titles available.Many ofus wonder sometime we need to send some important information in another country in text base formate of the attachment restriction or ther limits.This ocr technology is great in transforming the scanned fixed copy of your facoutite book into a text formate ebook.Let,s we start the tutorial.

1:  You need to install microsoft office.You can download the latest version of microsoft office clicking here
2:  Now go to START>ALL PROGRAMS>MICROSOFT OFFICE>MICROSOFT OFFICE ONENOTE.
3:  Now copy paste the image into Ms office onenote from which you want to extract text.
4:  Now right click on the picture and select"Copy text from Image"

5:  Thats it,Now go to notepad or wordpad and paste the extracted text.
6:  Now you read and check the Spelling mistakes and correct it.
I hope that you will proved this by yourself and it will consumes less time to write the text of your work.

Go to Microsoft Official site to download the Urdu language pack by clicking here.

Now after complete the download "RUN" the language file.

Now you will see a installation box and check "I accept the license terms".

Now you see a box with the following screen shoot as well as you need to click on "Next"button.

Now Read the Language interface pack read me files and terms about this language pack and click on Next.

Now you will see a Language installation box.This installation may take 4 or 5 minuts to complete.

Now after complete the installation of the language pack go to Control Panel >>Clock,Language and Region and click on "change display language" option.

Now you see a box which title is "Region and language" now to "keyboards and Languages" tab button in this section you will see a "Chosoe a display language option"dropdown  option click this and select urdu option and click on apply button.

Now your computer required a log off to run this language pack on your windows.Click on "log off" button.

After Logging off complete and click on "log on" and your computer display language is completely converted into Urdu.Now you see this type of My Computer windows.

I bet that you too would want to know how you can achieve similar results on your PC and have a computer said welcome.As you know, Windows OS have lot’s of known and unknown features for the different system tasks.Now, if you would like to make your PC welcome you with a simple voice message, we have a simple way to do that. Of course, you can go for the harder way of changing the default startup sound.welcomed by your computer. With this tutorial you would be able to make your PC welcome you in it’s default (computerized) voice. Let’s get started to learn about this hidden feature.


Please Note : The Script we are going to use in this tutorial is 100% safe and personally tested by me, so don’t hesitate to applying this trick in your own PC. This tutorial and it’s method apply on Windows(XP,
Vista, 7, 8) PC. For best results, it is recommended to change sound scheme to No Sounds.



1.  Go to Start » Control Panel. Then click on Switch to Classic View.

2.  Then Click on Sounds and Audio Devices, and then click Sounds Tab.

3.  Select No Sounds from the Sound Scheme option. (If you want to save your Previous Sound Scheme, save it by clicking Yes in the popup menu.)

4.  Click OK button. You are all set

5.  Now once more time click Start button, now just navigate to All Programs » Accessories » Notepad. or click Start button, then Run option and type ”notepad“ to open notepad.

6.  Now highlight following vbs (Visual Basic Script) code and paste in the Notepad.

 Dim speaks, speechspeaks
Welcome to your PC, Username/Your Name
Set speech=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")
speech.Speak speaks

7. Replace Username/Your Name with your own name or username. (You can set custom message, if you wish). After do that, click File menu, then click Save As. Now first set All Types in Save as type option below file name option.

8. Save the file as Welcome.vbs or any other name with .vbs extension.

9. After saving file close notepad and copy the saved file.

10. Now, kindly choose your Windows OS and navigate to Startup folder:

Please Note : Before navigating to Startup folder, click Show hidden files, folders, and drives option to show up hidden folders and file below Hidden files and folders section.

Windows XP : C: » Documents and Settings » All Users » Start Menu » Programs » Startup
